This information is used only to answer the commercial enquiry and to follow up the conversation that results from it.

Enquiries are kept for no more than three years from receipt or from the most recent contact, unless a different legal duty applies.

Recipients and processors

The information is read by EBENEER LLC. Cloudflare provides hosting and storage; MailerSend sends the notification and acknowledgement emails.

No information is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.

Protection against automated submissions

To limit automated submissions, the form records a technical fingerprint derived from the IP address and the current date. That fingerprint is irreversible: the IP address itself is never stored.
